1. Consultation + Proposal
Book a Complimentary Consultation with our team so we can get a better sense of your project and needs.
Following your consultation, we will put together a custom proposal for your project, with tailored service offerings based on your needs. The proposal will include a quote for our services, as well as an overview of our process and the next steps.
2. Project Confirmation
Once you accept the proposal, you will be prompted to sign a client agreement. Once the contract is signed, and your deposit is paid, it's locked in. We will confirm the start date, and can officially kick off your project.
3. Kick-off Meeting
Once we have everything we need to get started, we will schedule a kick-off meeting. During this meeting, we will present and align on the design concept, project goals, timeline, and budget.
4. Design Development
Once we have everything we need from our kick-off call, our team will develop your full design, including mood boards for all main spaces, floor and furniture plans, sourcing furniture, decor, feature walls, and paint color palette.
5. Design Review + Revisions
We will send your mood boards for review so you can provide feedback and request revisions. If requested, we will make updates based on your feedback and send you the final mood boards for approval.
6. Final Approval + Deliverables
Once designs are finalized and approved, you will receive all deliverables, including paint and wallpaper schedules, detailed setup guides and maps, a link to place your orders, and the final invoice. You’re all set to bring your design to life, and we’re always here for support if you need it along the way!
