This is not a full-service design experience, it’s a streamlined, high-impact solution designed to give you a clear, elevated vision you can implement on your own.

The PWD Process
From strategy and concept development to sourcing and final deliverables, our process is designed to help bring your vision to life with clarity, creativity, and expert guidance every step of the way.
Step 1: Consultation + Proposal
Book a Complimentary Consultation with our team so we can understand your property, goals and vision. From there we put together a custom proposal with your quote and everything you need to move forward with confidence.
Step 2: Lock It In
Once you are ready to go, a 50% deposit and a signed client agreement secures your spot on our calendar. We will also send over a quick onboarding form to complete and you will arrange your Matterport scan and send it our way. That is it! We take it from here.
Step 3: Your Road Map
Before we touch a single product or design decision, we do the homework. We will send you a Kick Off Package that includes market research, comparable property analysis, an occupancy strategy, amenities recommendations and your design direction. This is the foundation everything is built on and we will need your approval before moving forward.
Step 4: Your Design
This is where it all comes to life. Our team develops your full design including a space plan, furniture sourcing, a complete shopping list and a room by room mood board presentation so you can see exactly how each space will look. We will need your approval here before moving to final delivery.
Step 5: Your Deliverables
Once your design is approved your full package is delivered; paint and wallpaper schedules, detailed setup guides, furniture maps, ordering information and everything you need to bring your space to life. Any post project support needed for damaged items, returns or replacements is included, we have you covered!
