Frequently Asked Questions

How can we make sure we are setting things up properly?

We provide you with everything you could need to implement the design. You don't need any design background to execute a Virtual Design Service and we are also able to send a copy to your assembly team in case you are hiring out implementation. 

What is the payment schedule?

For our design services, we require 50% of the design fee up front and 50% when the final design package has been delivered.

What additional costs will be incurred on top of the design fee?

We will provide you with a list of furniture and decor needed to make the design come to life.

We do not source or include any airbnb essentials such as kitchen appliances, cleaning products, , etc. dish ware in your order list. However, we can provide a list of recommended essentials to order.

Furniture and decor will be an additional cost on top of the design fee. Our budget recommendation is generally $11-$15/sqft. However, the budget ultimately depends on your goals and amount of amenities offered in the property.
