Q: For your Virtual Design Service, how can we make sure we are setting things up properly?

A: We provide you with everything you could need. A full Set Up Guide with Floor plans, mood board for each room and step by step instructions with pictures and arrows. You don't need any sort of design background to execute a Virtual Design Service and we are also able to send a copy to your assembly team in case you are hiring out implementation. 

Q: Can I do a BnB Boost even with a small budget?

A: For our Bnb Boost Service, the budget is entirely up to you. Because your listing is already furnished, we will work our magic with whatever amount you give us. We've done one single room BnB boosts before, any even something that small has made a big difference for the listing and our client. 

Q: What are your fees?

A: For our design services, we require 50% of the design fee up front and 50% when the final design package has been delivered. Our furniture budget recommendation is generally $11-$15/sqft but the budget ultimately depends on the properties goals and amount of amenities involved.
