Q: For your Tier #1 service, how can we make sure we are setting things up properly?


A: We provide you with a floor plan, set up guide, mood board for each room and step by step instructions with pictures and arrows. You don't need any sort of design background to execute a Tier #1 design.

Q: Do you include trades and photography in your Tier #2 service?

A: We project manage absolutely every part of the design, ordering/delivery, set up, staging and returns. We will offer our recommended contacts for trades however the payment and/or any issues that may arise with trade work or photography are dealt with directly between client and trade. 

Q: What are your fees?

A: For our Tier 1 packages, there is one design fee where 50% is due up front and 50% is due upon completion of the project. For our Tier 2 packages, there is one design & project management fee, trade/assembly (if required), photography and garbage removal (if required) fees. The payment schedule for our Tier 2 packages is broken up into 4 payments. Trade/photography/garbage removal fees are between client and company.

Q: Do you offer design consulting?

A: Yes we do! the details for these projects differ on a case by case basis.
